About Us

About the Valhalla High School PTO
We are a collaborative group of parents, caregivers, and educators who believe in the power of community to support and enrich student life at Valhalla High School.

Whether you have time to volunteer, want to stay informed, or are simply looking to connect, there is a place for you here.

Getting involved with the PTO means joining a team that values transparency, creativity, and connection. We support programs, fundraise for classroom and campus needs, and partner with school leadership to create meaningful experiences for all students.

Every contribution—big or small—helps strengthen our school.

Our Purpose

The VHS PTO works to keep school spirit strong and communication open between parents, faculty, and administration.

Our efforts aim to enhance both the academic and social experience of students by:

  • Supporting teachers, students, and staff in creating an engaging learning environment

  • Participating in conversations that help shape school priorities

  • Funding and implementing enrichment programs and student-focused services

  • Providing supplemental classroom materials and equipment

  • Leading board-approved initiatives that align with our mission

While our goal is to serve the entire student body, we also support programs that benefit specific classes, grades, or students when it meets our mission and is approved by our membership.
